Two sides

It seems that my friends have parties all the time and I just stay home. The good thing about that is of course that I can do their hair - I guess both parties are happy!

 

 

For my own hair it was the usual mix of style, bun, open hair and a twist bun again. To my horror I've noticed that since I stopped nursing, all of my hair is falling off! I might be forced to do some drastic styling next month when I see my hairdresser again.

Easy styling

My friend was interviewed for a tv show and she wanted to have hair which would look like that she had just quickly done it herself. So I made her a side pony.

 

My own style was even more simple, my hair was just hanging loose!

More out than in?

I just took this photo, now it's just after nine pm. I have a feeling I had more hairs tied up when I started the day. Well, it looks fine like this as well, especially when I tell you that I have run to the bus, had my hair torn by a baby and a toddler, stood in the rain, had a nap - yeah, had a life-without doing anything to my hair!

Flowery pins are so not my thing.Despite of that I bought a packet of flower pins from Amsterdam. I started to try to wear them from this subtle pink one, the white with rhinestone and two all glittery ones are still waiting for their turn.

Blurred lines

The picture of today is a bit blurred, sorry for that! I wanted to do something different but did not really have time for anything so one ball pony tail it was.

 

Almost straight

I was trying to do the parting in the middle of my head. I truly thought that it was in the middle. Until I saw this picture. I must start again taking the picture first thing in the morning so I can check my style, mirror is aparently not enough!

 

Lost!

That is, my todays photo of myself! Where did it go?!? It was nothing special since I just had a messy bun but I anyway took it - and aparently lost it!

Well, I stil have something to show since I did my friends hair for a wedding party.

Party for some

My two good friends were going to a concert today. I got the honour to do something with their hair. For the other one I made a pimped up half pony. Well, now I can see that the ends could have been curled more but I tried not to make her look like a princess.

 

 

I let my other friend go away too quickly, I dont have a picture of her -yet. Maybe tomorrow I get a picture from her hair.

 

And, well, this was my hair of today.

Fresh faced me

 

I'm home again, and back to my home style. No make up, nothing done to my hair.

I went on holiday. And there I installed a hipster filter (my friend Piritas description : ) ) to my phone.  Oh what fun it was to play with that app!

 

 

The only problem is that I don't know how to update my blog from my phone so getting pictures here has not got any easier. Pirita-dear, I need you as my IT support!

 

After all I have some pictures from hairstyles I wore in Amsterdam. This was for Fridays shopping.

 

 Saturday we went out, I wore my hair blowdried and open.

 

 Sunday I had two braids which made a loop in the back. Braids gave quite wild curls!

Hip hey, it's my birthday today! I turned 25 again!

Energy burst

Today I was so tired!

 

I don't know why, was it because I slept too much last night, at least 5 hours in a row, and then also an hour. Anyway, I almost couldnt get anything done, I felt so like macaroni. But then suddenly, right after three a clock in the afternoon something happened, my headache went away and I felt burst of energy. With this magical energy I organized the last things for my Thursdays trip to Amsterdam, paid my bills, cooked, baked a raw cake (first ever for me), washed three machines of laundry and went for an hour run.

 

After that I felt I really had given my all.

Almost famous

Today I was interviewed to a tv show! My clip might be shown somewhere next spring if the program is actually coming out. I'm only in for a short interview but I wanted to look nice, so this was my look. Yeah, I'm almost famous!

 

Busy bee

We've been having relatives visiting for the past few days. It is very nice that they visit but between being a tourist guide and a cook and a cleaner I find little time for thinking of my hair.

So I've been dull, yesterday my hair was open, today I had this bun.

 

Luckily I got to make a braid for my friend yesterday, she was going to an old fashioned Finnish outdoorsy ball (=lavatanssit)! She has dip dyed ends, I so like the way the braid looks with them.

Home sweet home

I'm back again. Actually, I was home already yesterday but I desided not to update since there was no new amazing hairstyle to adore. Wore my hair open yesterday and today, so todays pic can  be the picture for both days.

 

By the way, I used my silver shampoo today for the first time. Is it only me or does my hair look just a little bit less yellow?
